The workshop uses STEM topics and terminology as a basis for reading aloud. It challenges teachers and learners, particularly those that focus on what is regarded as content subjects, to dedicate just 10 mins at the start of the lesson, reading aloud and tackling terminology. It also challenges everyone to use creative writing (e.g. poetry, storytelling, short stories or drama) as a basis for learning challenging topics and terms.
