Lukhanyiso Arts & Crafts was started in 2018 by LIV Lukhanyiso Grahamstown to uplift the lives of women in the Grahamstown / Makhanda community by restoring their worth through skills training and social entrepreneurship. Purchasing one of their products will not only help them to create jobs for women in the community but will also generate funds for the sustainability of LIV Lukhanyiso. Our product range includes items for your home (cushions, fabric baskets, aprons), bags (tote bags, backpacks, pencil cases), and accessories (scrunchies, lanyards, hair ties) and are made from a wide variety of fabrics including locally made Shweshwe, vibrant African inspired prints as well as up-cycled upholstery fabric.
