Anne-Marie’s Art was established in Stutterheim by Anne-Marie Myekiso, a local whose passion turned into a business. She had learnt how to do bead work from her aunts at a young age during December holidays. Mayekiso then became the best at school n Craft class amongst her peers. Her business started to pick up when overseas tourists saw her dressed in her traditional wear, she had created herself. She was introduced to the Department of Sport, Recreation, Arts and Culture where the business blossomed after attending Craft workshops. She has sold works in many festivals including Macufe, Rand Easter Show and The National Arts Festival in Mahanda.
