South Africa celebrates Youth Month in June and this year the South African National Space Agency (SANSA) is highlighting the contribution by the space sector to the academic and industrial development of our youth. The anatomy of the South African space sector panel comprises space professionals representing Government, its agencies, academic institutions (basic to higher education), private sector and the network of science centres coordinated by the Southern African Association of Science and Technology Centres (SAASTEC). South Africa Space Incorporated contributes to the South African and African Space Programme as well as to achieving targeted global sustainable development goals with a great focus on the future of our youth in the space sector.
